At Pottery For The Planet, we want you to love your handmade ceramics as much as we do. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase to ensure your home remains a sanctuary of sustainable style.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original condition, and within the 30-day return window. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used travel mugs and sale items cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your pottery.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items using the original eco-friendly protective wrap to prevent breakage during transit. Pottery is fragile, so please ensure it is padded sufficiently.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package back to our studio using a tracked shipping service. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
